DJI Care Refresh+ for RSC 2
DJI Care Refresh+ extends service protection for compatible DJI products by 12 months after the original DJI Care Refresh plan expires. During the extension period, one damaged product can be repaired or replaced for an additional fee. Coverage includes damage caused by operator error, contact with water, falls and signal interference during use. Replacement units are new or equivalent in appearance and performance, and DJI covers the transport costs for the service. DJI Care Refresh must still be active when Care Refresh+ is purchased, with at least one replacement remaining. The extension is linked to the device and is valid only in the country or region where it was purchased.
The plan covers accidental damage caused by operator error, including contact with water, falls and signal interference during use. Depending on the service assessment, the product can be repaired or replaced. Replacement units are new or equivalent to new in appearance and performance. DJI covers shipping costs, and repaired or replacement equipment is returned on a priority basis.
Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, the original DJI Care Refresh plan must still be active and have at least one replacement remaining. After purchase and assignment to the device, the service agreement is sent by email, and the extension becomes effective within 24 hours. The product warranty period is extended when the service contract is received.
DJI Care Refresh+ and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage is limited to the region of purchase. The plan does not cover lost or stolen products, damage caused by use in unsuitable weather conditions, transmitters or additional accessories, cosmetic housing damage that does not affect operation, force majeure, faults outside the coverage period, upgrade costs, unauthorised modifications, incompatible batteries or chargers, or unauthorised accessories and software.
