DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for RS 3 Pro
DJI Care Refresh provides one year of service protection for compatible DJI products, with up to two replacements of damaged equipment for an additional fee. Coverage includes damage caused by impacts and contact with water. Damaged equipment is replaced with a new or equivalent-new product, subject to the service terms. For the DJI RS 3 Pro, the first replacement costs PLN 439 and the second PLN 569; these fees may vary with exchange rates when contacting the manufacturer directly. Activation must take place within 30 days of the device’s first activation. This 30-day activation period extension is not available for cameras, gimbals or stabilizers. The service is activated online using the Care Refresh code, device serial number and user details.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover lost or stolen products, additional accessories, intentional loss, cosmetic housing damage that does not affect operation, damage caused by force majeure, faults outside the service period, model upgrades or performance improvements, or damage resulting from unauthorised modifications, incompatible batteries or chargers, or unauthorised accessories, batteries or software.
