DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for RS 3 Mini

DJI Care Refresh provides one year of service protection for compatible DJI products, allowing up to two replacements of damaged equipment for an additional fee. The service covers accidental damage caused by incidents such as impacts and contact with water. When a claim is approved, the damaged product is replaced with a new or equivalent-new unit in accordance with the service terms.

For the DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal series, the first replacement costs PLN 209 and the second costs PLN 249. When arranging service directly with the manufacturer, these fees may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

The plan must be activated within 30 days of the device’s first activation. The additional 30-day activation period is not available for cameras, gimbals or stabilizers. Activation is completed online using the Care Refresh code, the device’s serial number and the activating person’s name and email address. Once activated, the plan is assigned to the appropriate region, and confirmation is sent by email.

If damage occurs, the user reports the fault and sends the equipment to DJI’s service centre in Germany, indicating that DJI Care Refresh has been purchased. After receiving a repair estimate, the user can choose between paid repair or replacement through Care Refresh. Once the replacement fee is paid, the replacement unit is shipped with priority and free delivery.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover lost or stolen products, additional accessories, intentional loss, cosmetic housing damage that does not affect operation, damage caused by force majeure, faults outside the coverage period, model upgrades or performance improvements, or damage resulting from unauthorised modifications, incompatible batteries or chargers, or unauthorised accessories, batteries or software.
