In Commandos: Origins, players have the opportunity to experience the beginning of the legendary elite unit during World War II. The game returns to the real-time tactics genre and features the original six members of the Commandos team: Jack O’Hara "The Green Beret", Thomas "The Miner" Hancock, Francis T. "The Sniper" Woolridge, Samuel "The Driver" Brooklyn, James "The Marine" Blackwood, and Rene "The Spy" Duchamp. Together, they must complete 10 missions set in various environments, from the icy plains of the Arctic to the vast deserts of Africa and from the western coast of Europe to the Eastern Front.
The game focuses on challenging real-time tactical stealth gameplay, where players must leverage each commando’s unique abilities to infiltrate enemy facilities, carry out sabotage, and disappear without a trace.
