The HYPERSHELL X Ultra S is the flagship model in the HYPERSHELL X series, designed for demanding outdoor activities, trekking, and extended expeditions. Dual 1000 W motors, 22 N·m of torque, and the intelligent HyperIntuition motion system provide responsive assistance that adapts to the user's movements in real time. The exoskeleton supports speeds of up to 25 km/h and helps reduce the effort of carrying loads equivalent to up to 39 kg. Equipped with two 72 Wh batteries, it delivers a range of up to 60 km while maintaining a lightweight, foldable design for convenient transport.
Twelve intelligent assistance modes automatically adapt to different environments and activities, including walking, running, stair climbing, mountain trails, snow, and sand. Exclusive Boost Mode delivers additional power when required, while the expanded Fitness Mode offers Dynamic and Isotonic training options.
Two 72 Wh batteries provide up to 60 km of assisted range, making the Ultra S suitable for full-day hikes and extended expeditions. A dedicated 4-port charging hub allows both batteries to be charged separately for added convenience.
The frame combines titanium alloy hip components with carbon fiber leg levers, providing high structural strength while keeping the total weight to just 2.5 kg. The exoskeleton is rated IP54 for protection against dust and splashes and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C. When folded, it occupies only 6.5 L, making transport and storage straightforward despite its advanced capabilities.
