The UPM3 Hybrid pump is typically used in underfloor or district heating. This UPM3 Hybrid is a spare part that can be used as a replacement for other Grundfos UPM3 variants. However, there may be specially designed pump houses in the UPM3 portfolio where the pump head does not fit. But these pump houses will not be found in typical district heating units, underfloor heating shunts and the like. The UPM3 PH Hybrid contains all the settings and therefore covers all UPM3 product variants. The Quick Guide in the product packaging illustrates the different settings. The UPM3 PH Hybrid also provides control via external signal: PHW and heat. This is performance based on a 7 m variant, but by changing the setting of the pump you can achieve the max curve of 4 m, 5 m and 6 m pump variants.
