The EVEN REALITIES R1 is a smart ring that combines health monitoring with discreet control of the EVEN G2 glasses. Throughout the day, it measures heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels, skin temperature, and activity. Its built-in accelerometer tracks steps, calories burned, and distance, while the internal LED array measures heart rate and the thermometer monitors temperature. The ring also works during sleep, recording sleep phases, waking periods, and temperature changes to provide a detailed overview of your rest and recovery.

The R1 includes the Productivity Score feature, which uses collected data to indicate your level of mental readiness. Its smooth touch-sensitive surface supports taps and scrolling gestures for controlling EVEN G2 functions without reaching for your smartphone. The ring combines zirconia ceramic with medical-grade stainless steel and has an IP68 rating for protection against splashes and brief immersion in water. With up to 4 days of battery life and support for the EVEN G2 Companion app on iOS and Android, the R1 integrates health tracking and smart glasses control in a compact design.
