The Magnat Alpha RS 8 offers a 200 mm (8 inch) high-power long-throw subwoofer in a bass reflex cabinet that has two airflex ports. The integrated Class D amplifier delivers 80 watts continuously, the peak power is an impressive 160 watts. In the sum of its qualities, the built-in technology enables the RS8 to reproduce frequencies down to 25 Hz. The amplifier electronics allow the regulation of volume, crossover frequency and the phase, thus enabling optimal adaptation to the room acoustics.
The solid MDF cabinet is available in either black ash or a mocha color finish. In the case of the RS8, it is still decidedly compact with a width of 260mm and a height of 350mm. The standard fabric cover can be removed with a flick of the wrist to reveal the impressive bass chassis.
The Magnat Alpha RS8 active subwoofer is the ideal addition or extension to any home theater or hi-fi system. Thanks to its variable parameters, the RS8 can be combined with speakers of all brands and always achieves optimal sound results.
